tudor trip

On Tuesday 29th june year 4 went on a trip to Eastbury Manor House we went on a coach and we got there at 9:30. Frst we tock a look at the house and saw how big it was it had so many chimneys because every chimney went to every room to show how many rooms thier were.
The person who made the house was called Clemence sisly he also lived in the house as well with his wife Anne Sisly and his three children. We did loads of activities there such as dancing, playing tudor games and many more. The funniest part of the day was when we all learnet about the p-pot and bum roll every one laughed so much. They used a p-pot to get rid of stains of clothes. And the bum roll was used for making the ladies dresses wider.

After that we had lunch Blaise: I had a lolliepop ,sandwich and a drink. Alina: I had a sandwich, crisps, chocolate and a drink. Then we went to explore the house we found lots of things one of those things were a spoon made out of goats horn and a broom made intirly out of sticks and twigs. After that we went to the attack and saw a lovely big veiw of the outside of the house. Then we went to the gardens and there was loads of different herbs they all smelled.
