Varjack Paw is a mesopotamian blue he lives in a grand house his Mum and Dad tells him of for trying to go outside. His Mother says that mesametiaim blues don't go outside becuase we will just get dirty. When Varjak was going to the streets he had to find a dog to save his family from the black cats and the gentlemen.

when Varjak had dreams he met his Ansesta who was called Jalal and he learnt the way of Jalal he told him there were 7 skills there names were Open mind, Awerness, Hunting, Slow time, Moving circles, Shadow walking and trust your self those are the 7 skills of Jalal. And every time he falls asleep he learns each skill to pretect himself.

One part of the story Varjack thought the metal cars were dogs. A description of how Varjak thought the cars were dogs.Huge monsters made of metal with sharp edges all around. They had yellow eyes at the front and red eyes at the back. They moved on around black wheels which turned so fast it made Varjak dizzy. That was a discription of Varjak thinking the cars were dogs.

On the way Varjack met two cats called Tam and Tolly. They showed him around the streets and took care Varjak from danger from other cats that where part of Sally Bonens gang. Every cat thought Sally Bones was responsible of the vanising.

A koru design is a patten that is repeatedly being copied on making a lovely design.
